IRHA 2013 Award Programs
To qualify for any of IRHA's Award Programs members must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a current IRHA Member in good standing
- Points are based on on horse/one rider per division
- Points are calculated as follows (10 or more horses in the class, 1st place gets 10 points, 2nd place gets 9 points, etc. If there are less than 10 in the class, 1st place gets the same number of points as there are horses in the class, etc)
- Must show at 3 of the 4 IRHA Approved shows (excluding the weekend awards)
Hoosier Circuit Weekend High Point Awards
- Points are based on one horse/ one rider for all classes in the respective division
- Exhibitor may show and accumulate points in any division they qualify for. Youth may only show in open and/or youth classes, amateur may only show in open and/or amateur classes, open exhibitors may only show in open.
Top Hand/Top Horse Year End Hight Point Awards
- Points are based on one horse/one rider per division
- Exhibitor may show and accumulate points in any division they qualify for
- Must show at 3 of the 4 IRHA Approved shows
- Not required to show in all the "ranch" classes, but MUST show in at least one cattle class per show
- Only points earned in the following classes will be counted for Top Hand/Top Horse:
Conformation
Ranch Trail
Ranch Riding
Ranch Roping
Ranch Reining
Ranch Cutting
Working Ranch Horse
Year End High Point Class Champions
- Must be a current IRHA member in good standing
- Must show at 3 of the 4 IRHA Approved shows
- Points based on one horse/one rider/division/class
